Not at all, the program is built especially for quiet and shy kids. Small cohorts mean a safe, supportive room to practise in, week after week.
Personal stories, persuasive talks, and a final 5-minute showcase talk in front of parents. Topics are age-appropriate and chosen together with the mentor.
Gradually. We start with 30-second shares to the cohort and build up step by step. By the end of the program, the stage feels familiar, not scary.
